An important step on the road to reconciliation
Developed in consultation with Reconciliation Australia and with input from local Aboriginal leaders, Wesfarmers first official Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) aimed to coordinate and extend initiatives that had existed in the divisions for many years.
Built around the three pillars of creating opportunities, building relationships and showing respect, RAP affirms Wesfarmers commitment to making Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders feel welcome and valued, as employees, customers and citizens.
